Happiness with little money is possible

I'm not saying exactly happiness without money but with sufficient money to live a normal life. These are the tips that I'm using :)

Tips
#1 Just be contented of what you have. Live with what you have!

#2 Share things with people. Sharing is caring :)

#3 Surf the Internet, don't go shopping! You can know what's happening in the world without going out of your house nowadays!

#4 Sleep early and for at least 8hrs. E.g. 10pm-6am. Why am I saying this? I used to be an owl but ever since I started working, I began to sleep early. Reasons are because I need to get sufficient rest to get my brain to function properly and I got really drained after work that I can fall asleep after 15minutes. Now that is already good for me because I used to fall asleep only after an hour. If you face difficulties in getting into bed, I suggest to should get yourself tired first. E.g. exercising, working, walking etc physical activities will do :) not watching television or gaming please. These will simulate your brain and you will end up staying late nights.

#5 Eating Right. Are you overweight? Maybe you should cut down on fried food or starchy food. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Drink 7-8 glasses of water. I know frequent toilet visits will resulted if you drink too much water, so just drink at least 7-8 glasses of water. Water will make you feel fuller. So you can just eat 70% full and drink some water to make yourself fuller. I lose weight by using this method, by dieting the right and healthy way.

By cutting down on oily food will reduce your skin oil secretion that will mean less pimples too :) You can google search for benefit of water and sleep and you will know that they do wonders :)

Alright. Maybe you think that are you sure these tips will work? If you can just follow tips #1 then you can be content with what you have now without doing the other tips. Haha just joking. Sleep is essential in our life because we spent 1/3 of our lives sleeping so if you get anything less than that, your body will go haywire. If you eat right, you probably in healthy BMI range,look good and in good health so you will be happy so that is the logic.

You can live a simple happy life if you follow this tips. Simple is beautiful :)
